Jon Boal has a diverse work experience in the marketing and communication field. Jon started their career at Ogilvy & Mather Direct as an Account Executive, where they developed and executed direct marketing programs for various clients. Jon then joined Canadian Tire Financial Services as an Associate Product Manager, focusing on loyalty marketing. After that, they worked at Marketing Resources of New York, Inc. as an Account Supervisor. Later, they joined Mower Agency as a Director of Direct Marketing and then as a Director of Strategic Planning, where they developed integrated marketing plans for clients. Currently, they work at Gelia as the Vice President of Client Service Operations, leading strategic planning, brand positioning, and analysis of marketing program effectiveness for multiple clients.
Jon Boal obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1983 and 1987. Jon also holds additional certifications in diversity and inclusion in marketing and Scrum from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023.
