Fernanda Carlos

Fernanda Carlos has a solid background in Human Resources with significant experience in various roles. Fernanda began their career in 2002 as an HR Business Partner at Grupo M.CASSAB, where they worked until 2008. Following this, they transitioned to Helibras as an HR Supervisor in Organizational Development until 2012. Fernanda then moved on to TV Alphaville & Megatelecom - Silvio Santos Group as an HR Manager until 2015. Currently, Fernanda holds the position of Head of HR at GELITA since 2015.

Fernanda Carlos completed their Graduate degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista in 2002. Fernanda then pursued a Postgraduate/Specialization in Human Resources Management at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2006 to 2007. Finally, they obtained their MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2010 and 2012.
