McKenzie Lyle, MAHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with expertise in compensation, benefits, and payroll. Currently serving as a Supervisor in Compensation, Benefits, & Payroll at GELITA since January 2019, McKenzie previously held the role of Human Resources Payroll Coordinator in the same organization.
