Monica Schwöbel

Monica Schwöbel has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting as a Personnel Officer at Stora Enso in 2001. Monica then moved on to roles at RB, including HR Business Partner and HR Manager Supply Germany. Monica continued their career at RKW SE as Head of HR Hygiene & Industrial and later as Director Corporate Human Resources. Monica later joined PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG as Head of HR Germany. Currently, they serve as the Group Vice President Human Resources at GELITA since 2022.

Monica Schwöbel attended the University of Mannheim from 1993 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Jurastudium, allgemein.
