Xiaojie Ju

Xiaojie Ju is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Global Operations Projects at GELITA since January 2020. In this role, Xiaojie Ju focuses on streamlining business rules and processes, automating KPI reports within the ERP system, providing technical assistance to the COO and GVP of Manufacturing, and coordinating the Operations project portfolio. Prior to GELITA, Xiaojie Ju worked at Unilever Bestfoods from December 2008 to January 2020 as a Food Technologist and held a position as a Global R&D Product Developer at Danone Research from August 2007 to July 2008. Xiaojie Ju holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Hohenheim.
