Mark Williams

Mark Williams, LCB, currently serves as Manager of Foreign Trade Operations at WK Kellogg Co since September 2023, having held the same position at Kellogg Company prior to that. With extensive experience in trade operations, Mark has also been Associate Manager of US Trade Operations at Stryker and has previously worked at Kellogg Company focusing on foreign trade management. Additional roles include Export Compliance Manager at Restek Corporation and Customs Compliance Manager at both Kidde Residential & Commercial and BISSELL Homecare, Inc. Mark’s expertise encompasses developing compliance programs, HTS classification, education and training initiatives, and managing complex import/export operations. Mark holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from Penn State University and possesses a strong background in international logistics and customs compliance.
