Alberto Silva

Alberto Silva, CPA, currently serves as an International Tax Manager at Geller & Company since April 2020. Prior to this role, Alberto held the position of Supervisor International Finance at JetBlue Airways from September 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing statutory reporting for international entities and monitoring new accounting standards. Previously, as a Senior Tax Accountant, Alberto prepared and reviewed foreign corporate income tax filings and various indirect tax filings for jurisdictions in the Caribbean and Latin America. Alberto began their career as an Associate Tax Auditor at the Franchise Tax Board from January 2010 to September 2015, focusing on audits of domestic and international corporations. Alberto holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John's University.
