Sam Bakri

Sam Bakri has a long and impressive work history. Sam began their career in 2007 as Co-Founder, CEO, Board Member, and Advisor of Kind Consumer, a company that developed the first regulated nicotine delivery method for harm reduction. In 2014, they moved to Mayo Clinic Ventures as an Innovation. In 2015, they became Managing Partner of BBCH, Chief Executive Officer of SolasCure, and a Deal Maker for the Global Entrepreneurs Programme at UK Trade & Investment (UKTI). Sam also became a Senior Advisor for Healthcare at Helios Investment Partners, a Board Member for Give to Cure (www.givetocure.org), and a Visiting Scholar at Johns Hopkins University. In 2016, they became Vice Chairman and Co-founder of Gelmetix, and in 2015 they became Interim Advisor for Business Development at United Neuroscience (www.unitedbiomedical.com). Throughout their career, Sam Bakri has been involved in founding, developing, and investing in a variety of companies.

Sam Bakri received their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School in 2011. Sam then received their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of London in an unspecified year.
