Jessica K.

Jessica K. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jessica started their career at LinkedIn in 2011 as a Senior Sales Development Representative and went on to become an Enterprise Sales Analyst, Account Executive, and Customer Success Manager. Jessica worked with a variety of partners across industries and focused on educating and empowering customers to succeed with LinkedIn's corporate solutions.

In 2015, Jessica joined Google as a Senior Account Manager, where they partnered with top global advertisers and advised them on data-driven marketing strategies. Jessica facilitated workshops and industry events to increase brand awareness and conversion.

After their time at Google, Jessica took a sabbatical in 2017 to travel, reconnect with family and friends, and work as a consultant on short-term projects in education technology, early childhood education, and social impact.

In 2018, they joined AngelList as a Senior Account Manager, where they helped tech companies raise money, build teams, and launch their products by eliminating frictions along the way.

Currently, Jessica is working at Gem as a Senior Manager in Customer Success. Jessica previously held roles as Manager, Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager in the same company. Gem is a talent engagement platform that integrates with LinkedIn, email, and ATS, enabling recruiting teams to find, engage, and nurture top talent.

Jessica K. attended Mission San Jose High School from 2003 to 2007. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2007 to 2011. Alongside their studies, they also attended the University of California, Berkeley during the same time frame, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. In 2015, Jessica obtained several certifications including Conscious Business from LinkedIn, LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn, Google AdWords Search Advertising Certification, Google Adwords Fundamentals Certification, and Google Video Advertising Certification, all from Google.
