Richard Osmer

Rick Osmer is the Head of Enterprise Sales at Gem. His tenure at Gem has been marked by the expansion of the enterprise sales team and the company’s presence in that segment, thanks to his deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition space.

Before joining Gem, Rick led teams at notable organizations in the talent acquisition space, including ZipRecruiter, Applause, SmartRecruiters, CareerBuilder, TextKernel, and Monster. His deep understanding of the industry and enthusiasm for helping teams use solutions to improve their processes have helped him succeed on a global scale.

Rick earned his BA from the University of New Hampshire. In his personal time, he enjoys skiing, a hobby that reflects his enthusiasm for challenging and invigorating pursuits outside of his professional life.
