Bradley Caldwell

Bradley Caldwell is currently serving as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at GEM Realty Capital since February 2008. Prior to this, Bradley worked as a researcher for Jim Collins, the best-selling author of the books Good to Great and Built to Last. Caldwell graduated with a BA/BS in Economics, Finance, and Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2007.
