Amr Sadek

Amr Sadek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and digital operations, currently serving as the Global Director of Customer Engagement & Success at Thales Cyber & Digital since August 2008. Amr leads a global team of over 150 professionals, ensuring successful delivery of more than 130 projects annually and managing 400+ live customers. Previous roles include Director of Digital Operations & Banking Delivery, where management encompassed multiple sub-organizations, and Director of Digital Banking Services, where Amr oversaw the restructuring of various teams. Prior to Thales, Amr held positions at gDI, EMAK International Academy, Globe-Soft, Saudi Dallas, and IST, demonstrating a strong background in software development and technical leadership. Amr holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Automatic Control from Alexandria University.
