Adith Podhar

Adith Podhar is a seasoned professional in the investment and startup ecosystem, currently serving as a Founding Partner at Gemba Capital since January 2018, focusing on pre-seed and seed stage scalable startups in SaaS, Fintech, and Deep tech from India. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President - Investments at Motilal Oswal Private Equity, where participation was in growth capital investments, and as Vice President at Cipher-Plexus Capital Advisors, which provided growth capital to SMEs and startups. Adith Podhar also founded and served as CEO of Altius Enterprises (Crepeteria) from March 2007 to May 2011 and worked as a Product Manager for Alternative Investments at ICICI Bank. Academically, Adith Podhar holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies, both from the University of Mumbai.
