Raghav Laad

Raghav Laad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business re-engineering, service excellence, and productivity improvement across various sectors, including FMCG, textiles, and retail. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Consultant at Gemba Concepts since September 2022, Raghav leads turnkey projects throughout India. Prior to this role, Raghav was an Operations Manager at Masai School for a brief period in 2022, and an Engineer focused on Process Engineering and Excellence at DIC Corporation from June 2019 to March 2022, where substantial cost savings and productivity improvements were achieved. Raghav also completed a winter internship at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, contributing to flow assurance studies, and was involved in a research project on nanostructures during a stint with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. Raghav Laad holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UPES and has completed a Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
