Ashroo Pal has worked in the retail industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2019, they held the role of Sr. Merchandiser at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., William E Connor, Redcats, where they managed Softgoods & Hardgoods Product Sourcing+Merchandising for Brands - WestElm, Country Road, David Jones, Ezibuy, Laredoute, and AMPM. Ashroo also handled Target and JC Penney products development and production while working in Export House Weavetex Overseas. From 2019 to 2022, they held the role of Assistant Merchandising Manager- Home at Target Australia. Currently, they are a Sourcing Project Manager at Gembah, where they are a Sourcing Specialist (Home & Fashion)- Home Textiles, Decor, Furniture, Bags and Accessories.

Ashroo Pal completed a B.Tech in Textile Technology from Government Jobs in 2005. Ashroo is currently enrolled in Universal School of Foreign Languages, studying the French Language.
