Jesús Aguilar

Jesús Aguilar has worked in various roles since 2002. Starting as a Process Coordinator at ALPLA Werke - Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co. KG, they then moved to Bacardi y Compañia S.A. de C.V. where they were a Production Coordinator, Quality Assurance, Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator from 2005 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Manager Junior Engineering at Mexichem and from 2016 to 2020, they were the Plant Manager Eng / IN TPM, IIM LEAD at Mondelēz International. Most recently, they have been a Senior Industry Consultant at Improve it since 2020 and is currently an Operations Program Manager at Gembah since 2021. Jesús'sroles have included suppliers qualification, suppliers audits, review of finished product samples and mass production, implementing certificates according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements, Statistical Process Control SPC, executing CAPEX and OPEX, leading project and process engineers, developing new products and processes, and implementing certifications for ISO 14001:2004, OSHAS 18001:2007 and HACCP plan.
