Steven Tetens, AIA, NCARB, PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and construction management within the real estate industry. Steven has held key leadership roles at companies such as Gemdale USA Corporation, Suffolk Construction, Ledcor, The PURE Group, and Ardmin Properties Real Estate Investment Group. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and additional education in Process Management from The University of Chicago Graham School, Steven has a strong foundation in both design and operations.
