Jessica de Boer is an accomplished independent ArtScientist and current Programmamanager Energietransitie at Gemeente Bronckhorst, where efforts focus on achieving energy neutrality by 2030. With a diverse background in art installations that explore natural processes, Jessica has initiated and curated various cultural programs, including Zzondag, and conducted significant research in contemporary animism. Past roles include advisor at Wing, senior lecturer at Saxion University, and research officer for bioenergy at the NSW Department of Primary Industries. Jessica holds a PhD in Spatial Planning and Environment from the University of Groningen and multiple degrees in ArtScience and Public Policy.
