Frank van Oorschot

Frank Van Oorschot is a Senior Policy Advisor specializing in Subsidies and Innovative Projects at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since August 2014. In this role, Frank leads the Interreg Star2c’s project, focusing on climate change and integrating long-term cost awareness and resilience through innovations in complex urban settings. Additionally, Frank has been involved in European projects and subsidies since 2006, holding the position of European Project Expert and Subsidy Coordinator. Frank's academic background includes studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Open Universiteit, along with completing VWO education.
