Patricia van Broekhoven - van Hoof has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Casemanager Verzuim, Projectleider HR, and HR-adviseur at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since September 2017. Prior to this role, Patricia worked at Politie Nederland from June 2006 to August 2017 as an HR-adviseur, providing management and staff with guidance on various personnel issues including absence management and dismissal cases. Earlier in their career, Patricia held positions as HRM assistent and Management Assistent HRM at ANWB from April 2002 to May 2006, where responsibilities included executing HR administration. Patricia has pursued further education in HR and is currently enrolled in the IVA opleiding en training program.
