Maarten Nieboer

Maarten Nieboer possesses extensive experience in spatial development and policy advisory roles, currently serving as a strategic policy advisor for spatial development at Gemeente Coevorden since February 2024. Prior to this position, Maarten worked as a policy officer for spatial development at Gemeente Hof van Twente from August 2017 to February 2024. Previous roles include serving as a spatial planning advisor at Alfa Accountants en Adviseurs from January 2016 to August 2017 and a spatial planning staff member at Gemeente Hardenberg between September 2006 and January 2015. Maarten holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management, Economics, and Law from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2006.
