Jeannette Binnema

Jeannette Binnema is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as a Senior Communications Advisor for Gemeente Den Haag since August 2020. In this role, Jeannette provides strategic advice for the Social Affairs and Employment department, focusing on campaigns related to financial challenges and poverty, and is involved in various teams addressing existential security and equal opportunities. Jeannette co-founded Buurtbrengers, an initiative that connects local retailers in the Netherlands with customers seeking online shopping options. As an ambassador and Chairman of the Communications Commission for the Ambassade van Den Haag, Jeannette manages internal and external communication for significant events.
