Teun Winkelmolen

Teun Winkelmolen is the Directeur at Raakvlak Advies since April 2018, overseeing support for change processes in information chains focusing on human, process, and system aspects. Concurrently, Teun serves at the Gemeente Nissewaard since January 2020, facilitating the rollout of the e-Suite case management system. Previous roles include advisory positions in various municipalities including Gemeente Maashorst, Gemeente Zwolle, and Gemeente Westvoorne, where Teun contributed to implementing case-oriented working methods and digital workflows. Teun has a strong educational background with a Master of Laws in Law and Technology and a Bachelor in Tax Law from Tilburg University, along with certifications in project management and functional management.
