Heleen Bouwmans

Heleen Bouwmans is an experienced professional in the fields of educational innovation and community engagement. Since February 2018, Heleen has operated as a change designer, expedition leader, and educator through HB Social Design, focusing on vocational education and community development. In addition, from October 2015, Heleen has served as the lead lecturer for educational innovation for school psychologists at RINO Amsterdam and Radboud University Nijmegen. Current roles include project leadership at Wijkplatform De Schooten, research into social cohesion in Den Helder for the municipality, and the development of a knowledge work environment for the transition of students to creative professions at Hart. With a foundation in occupational therapy and further education in arts education, Heleen has cultivated a multifaceted approach to collaborative problem-solving in educational settings.
