Patrick Smeets has extensive experience in law enforcement and security. Currently employed at Gemeente Deurne as a Medewerker backoffice publiekszaken since November 2023, Patrick previously spent nearly two decades with Politie Nederland, where roles included Hoofdagent in various capacities such as Generalist GGP Politie Landelijke Eenheid - Dienst Infra and District Helmond. Prior to this, experience in security began at RED Security, with roles as Supervisor and Mobile Surveillance, and earlier positions at Gran Dorado Leisure and WKK. Education includes multiple certifications from Politieacademie and Koninklijke Marechaussee, culminating in a degree as Allround Politiemedewerker.
