Hilda Nauta

Hilda Nauta is an experienced HR consultant, currently serving as an interim HR advisor at Gemeente Eemsdelta since May 2023. Nauta has a strong background in advising and supporting management and executives on various HR matters and organizational development projects across multiple municipalities and organizations. Positions held include interim HR advisor at Gemeente Weststellingwerf, HR advisor at Fers, and senior HR advisor at Gemeente Westerveld, among others.
