Minke Glazenburg

Minke Glazenburg is an experienced WMO consulent, currently working at Gemeente Eemsdelta since August 2022. Previously, Minke served as a Procesregisseur at St. De Toegang from January 2017 to August 2022, advising the municipality of Emmen on access to guidance and support services under the WMO. Minke's background includes roles as a Project Adviseur at Bureau Voor Noordelijke Gemeenten, focusing on guidance and leading the AWBZ re-evaluation project, and as an intake coordinator at Enter begeleid wonen en coaching. Minke's foundational experience includes working as an indicatiesteller at CIZ, assessing complex issues to provide appropriate AWBZ indications, and supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries at De Noorderbrug. Minke began a career in youth care as a groepsleider at NOVO, guiding children with intellectual disabilities. Minke holds a bachelor’s degree in Jeugdwelzijswerk from Hanze University, completed between 1988 and 1994.
