Yolanda Brouwer

Yolanda Brouwer has a diverse background in social care and support, with extensive experience as a Wmo advisor and consultant across various municipalities in the Netherlands from 2017 to present. Current roles include Wmo consulent Zorg en Ondersteuning and region coordinator for Beschermd wonen at Gemeente Gouda, and previous positions include Wmo adviseur at Gemeente Waddinxveen, Gemeente Zoetermeer, and Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel. Yolanda's early career involved roles in client management and support coordination at Gemeente Breda, Gemeente Rotterdam, and ASVZ, alongside a long tenure at Syndion as a team supporter and care coordinator for ambulatory care.
