Pieter Tsao

Pieter Tsao currently serves as a Project Manager in ICT at Gemeente Haarlem since April 2023 and has been the Owner of THE Xs2Solutions since October 2002, specializing in ICT consultancy and services, including project and interim management. Tsao's extensive experience includes roles such as Project Manager for the City of Amsterdam's GVB and Schiphol Telematics, where significant projects included the migration of the CASS system and the implementation of Wi-Fi services. Previous roles also include Program Manager at Huawei, overseeing bid management and the establishment of multidisciplinary program teams. Pieter Tsao holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering from Inholland University, and is currently pursuing education at the Confucius Institute University Leiden while maintaining PRINCE II qualifications.
