Sharelle van Wijngaarden-Hartman

Sharelle van Wijngaarden-Hartman is a professional with extensive experience in social policy and management roles. Currently serving as Beleidsadviseur Sociaal domein at Gemeente Hardinxveld-Giessendam since April 2020, Sharelle focuses on advising, developing, and implementing policy in areas such as Wmo, protected housing, OGGZ, and the Participation Act. Previously, Sharelle held positions including Backoffice-manager and Orthopedagoog at Move Academy, where responsibilities included managing personnel matters and coordinating sports activities to enhance the socio-emotional development of children and youth. Earlier experience also includes roles at Thorbecke Apotheek, Gemeente Dordrecht, Jumbo Supermarkten, and Stichting Het Driespan, as well as education at Utrecht University, culminating in multiple Master of Science degrees in social issues and orthopedagogy.
