Henrike Offerman

Henrike Offerman has extensive experience in project management and program coordination, currently serving as Programmasecretaris for the Schaalsprong Wonen program at Gemeente Haarlemmermeer since March 2024. Concurrently, Henrike holds the role of Assistent projectleider - Projectsecretaris at Gemeente Heemskerk, overseeing multiple projects including the construction of 100 flex homes and the resettlement of Ukrainian refugees. Since 2018, Henrike has also operated a consultancy, providing essential project management support. Previous roles encompass positions at Gemeente Houten, Gemeente Purmerend, AM, and other organizations, leading various significant urban development initiatives. Henrike is pursuing a Master of Science in Urban Development at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, building on a solid educational foundation in project management and personnel.
