Kees van Esch

Kees van Esch is an experienced project leader currently serving at gemeente Hilvarenbeek since July 2009, after a long tenure with the same organization from 1991 to 2009 in various technical roles, including Technisch Medewerker RO and Civieltechnisch Medewerker. Prior experience also includes a position as a Civieltechnisch Medewerker at Ingenieursbureau Van Kleef B.V. from March 1988 to 1991. Kees van Esch holds advanced education in urban planning and spatial development from post HBO and has foundational qualifications in construction and civil engineering, obtained through a series of M.T.S. programs between 1981 and 1986.
