Rutger Weinreder

Rutger Weinreder is an experienced youth advisor currently serving as Adviseur Jeugd at StraatGeluid B.V. since February 2022 and has been a Jeugd- en gezinswerker at Gemeente Koggenland since January 2013. With a strong background in youth coaching, Rutger has held various roles including Casemanager Jeugd and Jongerencoach, focusing on organizing assistance for youths and families, and providing individual coaching to at-risk youth. Previous roles include Regiebehandelaar at StraatGeluid, and worker at Stichting DNOdoen, where Rutger supported homeless individuals and trained youth in independence. Additionally, Rutger has experience as a Zelfstandig coach en adviseur and has held positions in educational consultancy and coaching, starting from a trainee role. Rutger holds a Master's degree in psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
