Bart Stolk

Bart Stolk has extensive experience in facility management and asset management, currently serving as Adviseur Vastgoed/Assetmanager at Gemeente Molenlanden since August 2018. Bart's roles at Gemeente Molenlanden encompass advising on comprehensive policies in facility management and strategically managing real estate and services to achieve organizational goals. Previously, Bart was involved in pioneering the New Way of Working at Gemeente Molenwaard and held leadership positions at Gemeente Liesveld and Woonzorgcentrum Borgstede, where Bart managed teams in facility services and operations. Bart holds a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional qualifications in sustainable management and construction. Bart remains engaged in continuous professional development through various training programs.
