Harry de Graaf

Harry de Graaf has extensive experience in information management and ICT coordination, currently serving as Adviseur Informatiemanagement at Gemeente Noordoostpolder since April 2018. Previously, Harry was a member of the Medical Ethical Review Committee (METC) at Isala klinieken from September 2011 to February 2024, focusing on the interests of trial subjects in medical research. Prior roles include Information Advisor at Gemeente Dalfsen and Coordinator of ICT at both Gemeente Zwartewaterland and Gemeente Zwartsluis.
