Richard Lassche

Richard Lassche is an experienced information analyst and application specialist currently employed at Gemeente Noordoostpolder since January 1998, focusing on the development of Business Intelligence and application management related to Financial Planning & Control. Richard has been instrumental in numerous projects including the digitalization of procurement, optimization of financial structures, and application migrations. Additionally, Richard has worked as a building maintenance employee and has contributed to local government by reviewing building applications at Gemeente Hardenberg. Since January 2016, Richard has also pursued a career as a music producer, releasing tracks under various labels. Richard holds a degree in Building Engineering with a specialization in Construction and Technology from Hanze University, obtained in 1997.
