Timo Beumer

Timo Beumer is an experienced project leader and developer in the real estate sector, currently serving as Project Leader for the construction of new fire stations at Gemeente Noordoostpolder since December 2023. Since July 2022, Timo has also held the position of Project Developer at Oost Flevoland Woondiensten, focusing on the realization of 62 flex housing units and a mixed residential project with a practical school. As the owner of TBVA, an independent real estate consultancy established in August 2013, Timo offers expertise in project feasibility and implementation for both professional and private markets. Timo’s previous roles include Project Manager at Woonbedrijf ieder1, overseeing the restructuring of 256 social housing units, and Project Leader at Woningstichting Barneveld for new construction projects.
