Wim Bloemert

Wim Bloemert is a seasoned project leader and project coordinator with extensive experience in infrastructure and environmental management. Currently serving as Projectleider infra at Gemeente Noordoostpolder since March 2023 and involved with DIB Geveltechniek as a projecten/bedrijfsondersteuning specialist since September 2022, Wim also holds the role of Projectleider at Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta since 2021, overseeing the Waterschapszorg project. Prior experience includes project coordination for the renovation of Zuylenstede in Utrecht at Rc Panels and stakeholder management in the same organization for the Waterschapszorg project. Wim’s career began in the military, serving as a marinier with the Ministerie van Defensie, where several internal training programs were completed. Wim holds a Bachelor of Science in Land and Water Management from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences and completed further education at CROW in 2020.
