Tom Plantaz is an experienced professional in the field of fire safety and building advice, currently serving as a Toezichthouder bouw for both Gemeente Peel en Maas and Gemeente Gulpen-Wittem since August 2023. As the owner of Plantaz Fire Safety & Building Advice since December 2018 and a co-owner at BDA Brandveiligheidsadviseurs until May 2024, Tom has developed a strong foundation in risk management and safety consultancy. Additional roles include Inhuur risicobeheersing at Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Noord since June 2019, a former Toezichthouder WABO at Gemeente Opmeer, and a Kwaliteitsadviseur at GGD Hollands Noorden. Previous experience includes a Fire Safety Expert position at Schiphol and various roles in fire safety and risk management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Zuyd Hogeschool.
