Tijs van Roekel

Tijs van Roekel is an experienced consultant specializing in HRM and Payroll at AFAS Software since October 2019, having held various roles including First Class HRM/Payroll and participating in a traineeship in consultancy. Since June 2017, Tijs has also served in multiple capacities within the Gemeente Renswoude, contributing as a board member in social domains and a substitute municipal council member. Tijs's previous experience includes roles at MvR & Partners as a consultant and project leader focused on digital collaboration, consultancy work at Meditain addressing medical technology lifecycle challenges, and project support at eqube B.V., an online knowledge platform for healthcare professionals. Tijs completed a Master's degree in Organisational Design and Development from Radboud University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede.
