Kees van Bart

Kees van Bart is an experienced legal expert in environmental and administrative law, currently serving as Regelanalist en planregisseur omgevingsplan at Gemeente Rijssen-Holten since June 2009, with a focus on developing a comprehensive environmental plan in compliance with the new Omgevingswet. Kees has held various roles including Intern contactpersoon integriteit, Jurist omgevingsrecht, and Plaatsvervangend secretaris bezwaarschriftecommissie, providing strategic legal advice and supporting the appeals committee on social security matters. Additionally, Kees was a member of the special works council for Omgevingsdienst Twente and chaired the works council. Recent temporary work as a Juridisch adviseur for the program 'Aan de slag met de Omgevingswet' involved providing legal counsel on the practical implementation of the new environmental law. Kees obtained a Master’s degree in Administrative law and Environmental law from Utrecht University and has pursued further education in related fields.
