Miranda van Spengen

Miranda van Spengen has extensive experience in communication roles, currently serving as a Senior Communication Advisor and Portfolio Holder for Housing and Living Environment at Gemeente Rotterdam since April 2014. From January 2016 onward, Miranda has been responsible for the Housing and Living Environment portfolio within the Urban Development cluster.
