Rob Gringhuis

Rob Gringhuis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, communication, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Programmamanager at Gemeente Rotterdam since May 1998, Rob has held various leadership roles including Manager Beheer Inkomen, Manager Regionaal Bureau Zelfstandigen Rotterdam, and Interim-Manager Jongerendistrict. Additionally, Rob is the Directeur of Stichting De Nederlandse Zaak voor Ondernemers, where support is provided to over 2000 entrepreneurs in financial distress. As a Commissaris at Sportfondsen Rotterdam B.V., Rob oversees four swimming facilities in the city. Previous experience includes roles in communication and project management at Gemeente Utrecht, Voerman & Dols Communicatie, and Shopex. Rob holds a Lean Black Belt Practitioner certification and a degree in Communicatiekunde from Utrecht University, along with a recent Master Coach qualification from Coach College de Baak.
