Marleen De Vogel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a staff member in personnel affairs at Gemeente Schoten since 2014. Responsibilities include the development, organization, coordination, and evaluation of training programs, guidance of evaluation processes, and implementation of new HR projects while updating various HR tools. Additionally, Marleen is involved in organizing selection procedures, preparing for municipal and OCMW synergy, and acts as a confidant. Prior to this role, Marleen worked as a Sales Assistant and in Marketing at SDMO from August 2004 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and a Bachelor's in Business Communication from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen. Further education was pursued at Mid Sweden University and the University of Antwerp.
