Mustafa Hamurcu

Mustafa Hamurcu serves as the Programmamanager Gebiedsontwikkeling for Gemeente Soest since December 2022, overseeing the integrated area vision and development for the Dalweg region. With a lengthy volunteer commitment since March 2010 at HASENE International Help and Relief Organisation, Mustafa has coordinated numerous humanitarian projects across various countries, focusing on food campaigns, water well initiatives, and medical aid. From April 2007 to December 2022, Mustafa held the position of Senior Projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling en Vastgoedmanagement in the public sector, managing diverse urban development projects and the master plan for Soesterberg. Earlier experience as a Consultant at &Samhoud People from 2000 to 2006 involved HR projects and change management. Mustafa holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, obtained in 1999.
