Dick de Vos

Dick de Vos has extensive experience in strategic advising and human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as a strategic advisor at Gemeente Oude IJsselstreek since March 2016, Dick also holds a position on the bezwaarcommissie at Gemeente Twenterand. Previous roles include Manager P&O at Veiligheidsregio Gelderland-Zuid and Manager HR in multiple municipalities, where Dick was responsible for translating strategic goals into HR policies. Notably, Dick has led regional cooperation efforts and developed inclusive HRM policies while also serving as a project manager and management consultant in the past. Dick holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM and has completed several educational programs focusing on organization change and management.
