Judith Ottenheym

Judith Ottenheym is a seasoned strategic policy advisor specializing in social housing issues, currently serving at Gemeente Uithoorn since October 2023. Previously, Judith held roles as a program manager for shelter, housing, and recovery at Gemeente Haarlem, and as a strategic policy advisor for the social domain at Gemeente Uithoorn. Judith's extensive experience includes advising on social welfare policies, managing partnerships within the Wmo framework, and overseeing various social support programs across multiple municipalities, including Gemeente Amstelveen and Gemeente Aalsmeer.
