Victor Paalman

Victor Paalman is currently serving as a City Councillor for the City of Utrecht since December 2023. In addition, Victor has been working as the Lead Developer and a member of the Management Team at StudyWorks B.V. since June 2021, overseeing development and designing long-term technological solutions. Prior to these roles, Victor was the Lead Developer and Architect at Knaek from October 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing IT activities, securing infrastructure, and directing software development. Victor also held the position of Manager IT and Web Developer at De Bijlesmeester between December 2017 and November 2018, focusing on server management and software development. Victor earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatica from Utrecht University from 2017 to 2022.
