Thijs Nooijen

Thijs Nooijen is an experienced project leader and advisor with a strong background in project management and urban planning. Currently serving as Project Leader for the Area Vision of the De Run business park at Gemeente Veldhoven since October 2023, Thijs also holds the position of Program Secretary for the Deltaprogramma Maas at Waterschap Aa en Maas. Since 2015, Thijs has been an Advisor at Luckt B.V., specializing in complex projects in the realms of housing, healthcare, and welfare. Additional roles include leading feasibility studies for circular water systems at Brainport Smart District and project coordination for BrabantRing at Provincie Noord-Brabant. Thijs's previous experience spans various municipalities and organizations, contributing expertise in project management, organizational development, and spatial quality. Holding two master's degrees in Public Administration and Spatial Planning from Radboud University, Thijs combines academic knowledge with practical experience.
