Scott Young

Scott Young has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Gemini Bakery Equipment Company/KB Systems since August 2021. In addition, they are also a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., a CEO advisory and executive coaching organization since January 2022.

Scott also served as a Mechanical Engineer at Alcoa from 1991 to 1997.

Scott Young has an educational background in mechanical engineering and physics. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Clarkson University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Scott then went on to attend Roberts Wesleyan University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Physics. In 2011 to 2012, Scott obtained a certificate in Contract Administration from Cornell University ILR School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt from Quality & Productivity Solutions, Inc. in 2001, and Red X Journeyman Training from Shainin - The Red X Company in 1998.
